INFORMATION FOR THEATRE MANAGERS

Although we perform to the highest professional standards, our technical requirements are simple.
We perform with a company of 9 or 10 soloists, 12 chorus, an orchestra of 26, including orchestral management, a Conductor and a Company Stage Manager.

DRAFT GET IN (for 2 show days):
10.00 Arrival, delivery of stands and set up of stage. Commence lighting rehearsal.
11.30 Completion of lighting rehearsal and stage set up.
12.00 Arrival of orchestra and cast for placing call.
12.30 End call, LUNCH.

GET OUT:
Our own staff clear music stands, which we provide. Theatre staff to clear chairs (provided by theatre).

STAGE AND LX STAFF REQUIREMENTS:
We would require two members of staff, to initially help with the load in, and then to work on the lighting rehearsal.
During the show we would require 1 board operator.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
30 chairs, for the orchestra.

DRESSING ROOM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum ideal is 5 plus a band room as follows.
1 Conductor and Company Stage Manager
2 up to 5 Female Soloists
3 up to 5 Male Soloists
4 6 Female Choristers
5 6 Male Choristers
Band room for storage of instrument cases. If necessary band members will be told to travel already dressed for the shows.

WARDROBE REQUIREMENTS:
Access to an ironing board, iron and steamer.
Laundry equipment not required.
No staff required.
